Some items cannot be accepted for international shipping, while others are restricted depending on the destination or transport method (air/road).

01 — Food & Perishable Goods
The following items are prohibited or may be subject to strict restrictions:

- Sausages and processed meat
- Cheese and certain dairy products
- Fresh, chilled or frozen food
- Perishable products
- Products requiring temperature-controlled storage
- Certain animal products
- Certain animal feed
Country-specific food and animal-product restrictions may also apply.
02 — Medicines & Veterinary Products
Restrictions apply to:
- Prescription medicines
- Controlled medicines
- Veterinary medicines
- Veterinary products and preparations
- Certain supplements and medical products
Do not send medicines or veterinary products without checking whether they are permitted for the selected destination and service.
03 — Liquids, Aerosols & Perfumes
Special restrictions apply to liquids and products classified as dangerous goods, particularly when transported by air.
This may include:
- Aerosols and sprays
- Perfumes and fragrances
- Aftershave
- Nail polish and nail polish remover
- Flammable liquids
- Paints and solvents
- Pressurised containers
04 — Alcohol & Tobacco
The following are not accepted:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Tobacco
- Other tobacco and nicotine products
05 — Dangerous & Prohibited Goods
The following must not be included in your parcel:
- Weapons and ammunition
- Explosives and fireworks
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Flammable, toxic or corrosive materials
- Radioactive materials
- Cash and banknotes
- Counterfeit or illegal goods
06 — Batteries & Electronics
Certain batteries, power banks and battery-powered devices are restricted, particularly for air transport.
Acceptance depends on the type of battery, how it is packed and the selected shipping service.
07 — Plants & Animal Products
Certain plants, seeds, soil, animal products, pet food and agricultural products may be prohibited or require additional documentation.
